a century-old winery
Jordán de Asso is a century-old winery recovered and reactivated by its current owners, the Guelbenzu-Solsona family. Far from being an industrial building, the winery has architectural elements typical of the early 20th century. Apart from the beauty and uniqueness of the facilities, the winery's oenological treasure is the many underground cement vats. These century-old vats have proven to be ideal for the conservation and aging of wines and are a perfect complement for aging in barrels.
