Natural wine that comes from our low yield organic Tempranillo vineyards. Fermentation has been spontaneous using native yeasts. It has been aged on lees for two months. The high concentration of polyphenols gives it an exceptional ability to resist oxidation. Unfiltered wine with no added sulphites.
