Traditional Method Sparkling Wine.
The distinctive features of Jordán de Asso sparkling wine are its delicate, insistent mousse, light straw color, complex yet fruity aroma and its balanced acidity. This brut nature has been created from macabeo grapes by Javier Guelbenzu, an oenologist trained in reims (champagne). In this wine Javier Guelbenzu has applied all the knowledge acquired in his oenology degree in Champagne, France.

Made with hand-picked tempranillo, cabernet sauvignon and syrah grapes from our low-production vineyards, this natural wine without sulphites has been aged for 36 months in cement tanks in old casks. Intense color, with aroma of red fruits with notes of wood on a background of licorice. Balanced in the mouth with a long aftertaste. Unfiltered wine.
Organic and vegan wine 100% Grenache.
Comes from the El Cristo estate located at an altitude of 700 metres.
Was harvested by hand at the beginning of October.
Has spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts and has been aged on its fine lees for 60 days.
Certified by the Aragonese Committee for Organic Agriculture.

Natural wine obtained through Super 4 fermentation, an ancient winemaking technique.
Comes from organic vineyards harvested by hand from the Garnacha, Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah varieties. The most remarkable thing about this wine is that it has been made with Super 4 fermentation.

Natural wine that comes from our low yield organic Tempranillo vineyards. Fermentation has been spontaneous using native yeasts. It has been aged on lees for two months. The high concentration of polyphenols gives it an exceptional ability to resist oxidation. Unfiltered wine with no added sulphites.
