Tasting notes: Well covered cherry red. Nose with red fruit on a background of minerality and spice. The palate is soft and pleasant with fine tannins The red fruit and spice comes back at the aftertaste.

Best to accompany:Roast meats, stews, soups, oily fish.

Serve at: 16-17 °C, preferably in a Bordeaux-style glass.
